Kenny is the co-founder of rankinfraser landscape architecture and a Chartered Landscape Architect and Academic with 25 years of professional experience. His career prior to rankinfraser included 6 years at RMJM where he lead the £14 million Scottish Parliament Building Landscape project through to completion.
He studied Landscape Architecture at Edinburgh College of Art graduating in 1995 with first class honours. He has worked in private practice since 1995 and has taught within the School of Landscape Architecture at the University of Edinburgh since 2001.
Kenny is a member of Architecture and Design Scotland’s Design Forum Panel advising clients on achieving design excellence as part of the Scottish Government’s Policy on Architecture. He offers excellent local knowledge and award winning design skills, coupled with strong communication and management abilities which are allied to a keen understanding of procurement and project delivery issues.
