Kenny Fraser is a Chartered Landscape Architect and Educator with 11 years of professional experience including 6 years as Principal Landscape Architect at RMJM Scotland Ltd where he lead the £14 million Scottish Parliament Building Landscape project from 1999 until completion in 2005. He is committed to the benefits of good design generally and Landscape Architecture specifically. He offers exceptional design skills, coupled with excellent communication and management abilities allied to a keen understanding of procurement and project delivery issues.
