Redcar Seafront
RIBA Competition
A collaborative competition entry developed with CiAO Architects and artist Donald Urquhart for the regeneration of Redcar in north east England. The proposals were focused on three site specific urban interventions; an elevated boardwalk, a new public park and a prominent outlook tower. Taken together these proposals offered a sequence of new public spaces which reflected the rich history and idiosyncrasy of the town and anchored it within the wider coastal landscape
